Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply visit romix.shop, browse our activewear collections, choose your favorite items, select your size, and click “Add to Cart.” Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout and complete your order securely.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
A: Orders are processed quickly, usually within 1 business day. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us at support@romix.shop as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help before your order ships.
Q: How will I know my order was successful?
A: You’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, followed by a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes! We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders — no minimum required.
Q: How long does delivery take?

Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.
Q: Where do you ship from?
A: All orders are shipped from our fulfillment centers in the United States for fast delivery nationwide.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At this time, romix ships within the United States only.
🔁 RETURNS & REFUNDS
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
Q: How do I return an item?
A: Email support@romix.shop with your order number and reason for return. Our team will reply with return instructions.
Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
Q: Can I exchange an item?
A: We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

A: Each product page includes a detailed size guide. If you’re between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit.
Q: What materials are your products made of?
A: Our activewear is made from premium performance fabrics — soft, stretchy, breathable, and moisture-wicking for comfort during any activity.
Q: Are your leggings squat-proof?
A: Yes! Our leggings are made with high-density, non-see-through fabric that offers full coverage and confidence during workouts.

📦 ORDER TRACKING
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your delivery status.
Q: My tracking hasn’t updated — what should I do?
A: Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours. If it hasn’t updated after that, please contact us at support@romix.shop for assistance.
