This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns and refunds are handled when you shop with us.

To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
- All tags and labels must remain attached
- The item must be in resalable condition
Items that appear worn, damaged, or altered may not be eligible for a refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Worn or washed clothing
- Items without original tags
- Clearance or final sale items
If an item is not eligible for return, it will be clearly marked on the product page.
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer support team at support@romix.shop with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.
- Securely package your item and ship it back to the address provided.
Please note: customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be:
- Issued to your original payment method
- Processed within 5–7 business days
Refund times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
If your return does not meet the eligibility criteria, we will contact you to discuss next steps.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or color, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We’ll replace the item or provide a full refund — at no additional cost to you.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:
